Our data center in Iceland will be shutting down at the end of November 2024. Unfortunately we cannot reliably offer our services from that location, having experienced a number of disruptions that were not within our control. The data center location in Iceland will undergo extensive renovations and we are not yet sure when or what services we will offer in future from that location. The creation of new instances, stopping and starting existing instances will still be possible in November for any customer that had active instances since the 1st August 2024. Please note, we will destroy all instances and delete all stored data on the 30th November 2024. Neither you nor we will be able to recover any data which is stored in the Iceland location at that point. Please ensure that you move all of your data from Iceland before the 30th November 2024.
